As a Sheffield born woman and lived all of my adult life in Cornwall the Cutlers hotel served the purpose for me to have a comfortable three day break to enjoy the delights of Sheffield. I had a lovely room on the 3rd floor and in reply to my request for a view I was more than delighted to see the beautiful cathedral spire lit up in all its glory from my window.
My only criticism of the hotel is that the lift was out of order on my arrival Sunday 03.04.11 and was still out of order on Wednesday 06.04.11 when I checked out. I'm a fit over 50's woman and could manage the four flights of stairs. Regards Yvonne Hayes

The location is marvellous, specially if you want to stay near bars and restaurants. Accommodating, efficient staff, thanks for treating me so well. The units are compact, cosy with a double bed, an ironing board, good bathroom.

internet didn't work well in my room during my 2-days stay but the staffs were very nice and did try everything they can to help; my room was close to the lift and could hear the noise ocationally during the night but didn't bother too much; everything else was very good.
breakfast a bit expensive in terms of what you can get although the staff was very nice
