Accommodating personnel, excellent pool plus small garden. It had lots of meals for breakfast, including eggs and cereals.

The staff was amazing, the breakfast was above average, everything was fantastic. Super central location, within easy walking distance of lyceum theatre. We loved good looking room. Late check-out was useful.
-
The best location, reasonably clean venue, well managed staff. Very pretty & very pretty room with television, climate control and terrace. Rich breakfast with food like eggs and cereals. A train station is based close to the hotel.

The staff was fine - I would stay here again. Liked good hot breakfast and comfortable enough bed. Walking distance to a shopping area and a market across the street. Extraordinary service provided too.
-
Everywhere was spotless, staff were ultra friendly, really lovely bed. The view from our standard room was very lovely! The staff did all they can for an awesome stay. Practical location, a short walk to a modern museum.
-
I truly enjoyed being there, the place is good value.
Spotless, excellent value for money, lovely staff. The buffet breakfast was a nice touch. The facilities, such as an electronic key card, a work desk and a satellite TV, were all that was needed. Their receptionist rocks! Handy location was not far from everything we wanted to do. Right place for exploring Sheffield.

No complains at all, we would come back for sure when in Sheffield. The rooms are good sized and the bed is comfy. Appreciated that the downstairs bar was working...

As a Sheffield born woman and lived all of my adult life in Cornwall the Cutlers hotel served the purpose for me to have a comfortable three day break to enjoy the delights of Sheffield. I had a lovely room on the 3rd floor and in reply to my request for a view I was more than delighted to see the beautiful cathedral spire lit up in all its glory from my window.
My only criticism of the hotel is that the lift was out of order on my arrival Sunday 03.04.11 and was still out of order on Wednesday 06.04.11 when I checked out. I'm a fit over 50's woman and could manage the four flights of stairs. Regards Yvonne Hayes
